How to use Georotic II

Hello. I am new to this software. I use this only for gear template. I want to go further to cut gear on CNC mill. My questions is:
1. can I use this software to design worm gear (worm) or ring gear ?
2. Can this software create Gcode ?
3. If possible, Where can I get instructions ?
4. Do I need 4th Axis CNC mill or 3 axis will do ?

  Worm gears, no. Ring gears, yes. That would be an internal spur gear.

2. Can this software create Gcode ?

  Yes, for gears it will make 3 axis or 4 axis code depending on how you
want to make one.

  You can cut them 3 axis, so long as its possible in terms of size of bit and such.
4th axis is also available, there is a video on that as well on my YouTube channel..

Can you recommend me what softwares are easy to learn for designing worm and convert it to Gcode ?
Should it be Solid modeling ?

Hi:


  Generally, to my knowledge anyway, and Im certainly no expert,
youd want a cam package like SolidWorks to do worms and such, or Rhino
perhaps.  At this point I havent been deeply into worms...
