Is it easy to scale down a clock design?

I have a small CNC mill with a 4th axis.
Most clock design I find are for wood clocks and they are too large for my mill.
If I purchase a wood clock design, is it difficult to scale it down and make it from brass instead of wood?

Hi:

  Generally, yes. SO long as you keep the pendulum to the same length (if there is one), pretty much everything else
can be scaled.
