crank re sizing issue

when re sizing the hand crank i cannot select to drag and resize, I am using 4.920

any ideas or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Rick:

  The handles are not resizable, they come in at the size of the pitch circle of a gear they attach to in length, and wont adjust from there,
there were originally added just as a way of marking a master gear as an indicator. I have fixed the bug causing a crash in dxf output for next
release ( Thx for that bug ).

  Ill make a note that in GT, the handle should be able to be resized if desired.
