  A bezier or any of the others.. are really just a replacement of many points with a formula instead. Its a type of curve fitting,
where you determine a shape by a set of control points. They can be a benefit or a curse, depending on what use your putting
them to. A tooth for example would likely fit into 2-3 beziers.. but of course to be usefull their in the end returned to
points by whatever program is using them. They dont add to resolution.. and can sometimes subtract from it. But they do aid
in making a dxf smaller with fewer entities in them, this allows better use in some cad programs.
    I suspect youll see them appear in gearotic eventually. This would allow for dxf's to be better read by fusion. I have some
more experiments to run before I commit to doing so, but Im roughly planning for their inclusion in an update of the
vector system.
