see saw pendulum

I ran across a remark about see saw pendulums in one of the posts.  That led me to a google search and I found a pdf file from gearotic that I downloaded.  At the bottom of the file it said there was an spreadsheet  for calculating lengths and mass.  It was not attached of course so I wondered if it was available someplace.
James Borden does two wheel clocks that have 40 tooth escapements, 120 tooth minute wheels, and 6 second see saw pendulums that I would like to try to build one.

I've just checked and both the explanation and the spreadsheet files are still available for download. As described in my post, the spreadsheet is zipped as the forum software would not allow the upload of a .xls file.
