Hello,
Do you guys have book or paper suggestions to understand the theory behind non-circular gears? I know gear basics, but I'm trying to go the next step on studying gears. I would like to understand stuff as wheel order, eccentricity and how they affect gear aspects, such as pressure angles, velocities, etc.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Non-circular gears theory

Hi:
Google Faydor Litvin and noncircular gears. He is the master, and all of Gearotics
non circular functions are based on his work. You can find PDF's of much of his work online,
hardcover copies of his books run in the $150.00 range.
