Beautiful Helical Gear completed

I made a 12 DP 34 tooth 30 degree Left hand .565 wide helical yesterday. 2024 t351
It is for a 1930s Johnson 4 stroke engine. It came out beautiful!! It took 5 hrs
using a .085 dia. ball end mill. Very successful use of Gearotic. Thanks Art.
I will post a picture if anyone is interested.

I agree , Id love to see the result. I was curious as to how that would work from your original questions
on that engines gear offlist. Im always interested ins eeing true industrial uses of non circulars.
