Exporting simulation output for use in another program

Good morning.
Is there a way to export simulation data for use in another program?
For instance...I have a set of elliptical gears. Pressing simulate shows the theoretical motion.
For a single rotation of the input gear, I would love to have the location of the output gear. Preferably a table listing input angle vs output angle.
Ideally looking to take that table and feed it into PTC CREO Mechanism and use it as an input to drive additional components.
