GearHeads Corner

Hi,

is it possible to build a planetary gear where the sun-wheel is fixed and the planets run around the sun. That would need a rotating disc the shafts of planets are mounted to and that disc Needs to rotate around the suns shaft.
I tried alot but I was not able to build something like this in gearotic.

Any ideas?

Hi Marc:

  You can build such a thing, but unfortunately gearotic will not simulate it, it wont allow
gears to change position during motion..
