Hay Group;

awhile back there was mentioned a freeware software that would allow you to record Art's youtube tutorials to a DVD.
Would anyone remember that web site or post?

Better yet, (Art)(Hint,Hint)  when GT is complete would you have a DVD available with operator manual and tutorial video's like the GM DVD you sent me when I purchased GM and Mach3 (hopeful thinking)

P.S.
By the way, enjoy that vacation, you deserve it.(don't worry, while your gone, I'll look after the puppies)

Thanks
Jerry

Jerry:

  Ahh, those poor puppies. Nice to know someone is looking out for them.. :)

Eventually the manual will be renewed ( Bob works on it in the background, I tend to change things faster than he
documents. :) ) . Try a google on "Save youtube as file" , I think theres a few software programs that save youtube vids
on desktops as files ( which you can then put on a dvd.. ).
  Someday, Ill have to delete those too far out of date, and make new ones for some of the more drastic changes over time.

Thx for the kind words, Ill toss down a drink for you on the beach.. :)

Jerry,
If you use FireFox they have a very good and easy add-on called "Download YouTube Videos as MP4"  yes, a very catchy name  ;D
