Elliptical Magneto Gears

Miniature Magneto's for small model engines are difficult to build!
I used Gearotic to make the magneto spin 3x crank speed(at the critical point)
for a hit and miss engine.  These gears are .25" thick
aluminum and Delrin. Gears are 2.050" between centers. Big teeth because
I limited the cutter to .094. No high speed spindle.
Bosses were added for a 1/2" crank boss and a points cam . 8)
