Thx Dan:
Ill put those in my testing folder for the fall. The new Web3d needs a few touches after release. I can use these for testing.

it is quite interesting what does work better, white should not be the best background all other programs I have tried white was the worst. I think you have by mistake made something that is to good what is very good

Dan;
The latest code cuts very nice models, but I do think its very variable across cameras. Your data may help me track down what part of the data
to put better controls on to normalize the data for better performance across the board.
Thx again

I should've added it has a software zoom and is low end HD.
having a lighter background working better, is a very good thing, the other programs I have used one i still use, they need to be in near dark with a dark background to have zero noise in the image`s.
your program does not have that problem what is why I think it works so well with the web cam and is to good with my HD webcam.
direct background light does make it work not so good but normal light it`s fine.
so if you can stop things being 3 m deep but still just as good you are onto a winner.
