Take Note:
  Remove the "  Ako-chan" for the links to work.

Thx Ako, nice work. I like the cultural aspect of your designs. Are they wound up? I cant easily see
the power source in the video's..

Hello  Art

I'm glad you say so.
Micro-motors and the power source are working in most of my works, below a base plate.
Could this be any answer for you?
I?m frustrating to my poor English.

Yoshi:

Yes, that explains it. You did hide it very well. (Your english is much better than my
Japanese, I do speak a small amount of chinese, but only know very few words in
your langauge, Sukoshi wakari masu.

Hijo ni subarashi shigoto.

Here's the repaired links.  Great videos!  Are Ako-chan and Poypoi hand carved?

My artist daughter was in Tokyo for a day last week, on her way to New Zealand, and enjoyed her very short visit to your city.

Hi Kirk

Thank you. The repaired links is very good. Is it easy to repair links?

Do you ask me if their hands are carved or not?  I'm not sure this is right answer for you. But, their hands are carved roughly. ???

Oh, your artist daughter was in Tokyo!  I hope Tokyo was good for her.

If you click on the "Insert Hyperlink" icon Image, which is above the box you type into, this forum will insert the codes to create a link

Code: Select all

[url][/url]
Put an = , then the link after the [url, and the text to be displayed between the ][.  For example, the links I made above look like this:

Code: Select all

[url=https://youtu.be/RkmGs7ibk1A]Ako-chan in Riding a Steam Locomotive[/url]
[url=https://youtu.be/XQObBBHPnmE]Ako-chan in Riding a Steam Locomotive with description[/url]
[url=https://youtu.be/Bh_BTd0U2w8]Ako-chan in Tightrope Unicycle Riding[/url]
[url=https://youtu.be/H__GWZMQmVM]Ako-chan in Tightrope Unicycle Riding with comments[/url]
You can use the Preview button that's next to Post to see what it looks like before posting.  If you want to click on the links use your browser's "open in new tab", on IE, Chrome, and Firefox you use right click and the menu.

The forum commands are called bbcode (bulletin board code), if that helps you find a Japanese language document about them.  Many forums use these codes, but not all exactly the same way.  This forum has the description in several languages here, but not Japanese.

My daughter enjoyed her short stay in Japan very much.  She was on a trip for graduate school so she couldn't stay any longer.

Thanks for the smiles  :)
