Hi ozzie34231;
Good luck at the gym..lol... Gears look great, love seeing the actual results of Gearotic Motion in action. You were right about the belt calculator event also, was a metric to imperial error. I know it has now been rectified in code and will soon be released under version 3.1. Speaking of V3.1, it absolutely impressed me to see the new spoking routines Art come up with..... Clock makers should love it.....I know I do.. Enough said for now, thanks again for sharing your results with all of us.
Cheers
Bob :)

Re: Bugs
That's cool for a gear cutter, but in the case of a timing pulley how are you going to mill the tiny radius where the major diameter meets the groove. Seems to me that's a critical area of the pulley; and it's the part I can't grind by hand, or even on my tool and cutter grinder. With a square tool in the lathe it would be easy.
(5th axis could do it, cut with the bottom corner of the mill.)
