Spokes in Ratchets

Hi Art,
It seems the spokes are always "enabled" in the gravity ratchet and won't turn off.  They work normally in all the other things I tested.

Your right, looks like a bug is present in ratchets with spoke disabling.. Hope we can have a solution soon.
