defaults
Re: defaults
Hi:
I have on my repair list the tendency of the escapements to do this, you can always reset all settings back to zero by stopping the program with taskmanager, next start will ask if you wish to reset all settings. BUT the escapements can do this easily, so you may be better off recognizing the setting thats doing it to you, ( usually one of the angles on the screen.).
Thx

Re: defaults
Same thing happened to me, forward angle needs to be lower. Reset unfortunately didn't fix the issue.

Re: defaults
Vijo is right reset does not fix this problem
Plus reset loses other settings eg units
I think a "reset to defaults" like in Non circular gears would be helpful
The tools where I think this would help are
circular gears
cage gears
ratchet
lever escapements
grasshopper
not the end of the world if this is not possible
Thanks Ian

Re: defaults
Ill bump it up the list a bit.. . :)
(Internally Ive always seen it as instructional, the process of finding what setting is pissing you off often
leads to an AHHA moment that you never quite forget...and you almost always learn something, which is why Gearotic exists.. lol
