GearHeads Corner

I use a two-button mouse with a wheel, and understand to use ctrl-shift pair along with the left button to rotate drawings.  However, I don't see Headly (or Headley), but something that looks to me like a couple of interlocking rings (see attached).

Interesting, I never heard of headly not showing up before. The rings are normal, but headly shoudl be there as well...Ill run some diagnostics.
