Geneva wheels

Post by Nic Bwts »

Any plans to implement Geneva wheels?

I think they would make a nice addition.

Art,
Wouldn't surprise me if you did not have the math already figured out but this link may be of some benefit.
Found it looking for what a Geneva wheel was.

This is pretty neat as well.

With all the trash, lies and erroneous information on the internet it is still remains a wonderful learning tool

Great to hear you're putting them in.

There are some really nice designs with a positive lock groove on the driver, the one I use is from, Mechanisms and Mechanical Devices Sourcebook 4th edition by Sclater & Chironis (top of page 187)

Nice simple solution to an annoying problem :D
