Hi All
Version 2.271 is a maintenance release. It fixes many bugs mentioned on board threads. It also
adds a menu selection if you right click a project tree item, "Send to Slicer" so you dont have to export
a gear before slicing it. I use stl as my internal format so I couldnt see making you export just to import again.. :)
Thx

Re: Version 2.271 online
Hi All:
Just a note, YaNvrNo found a bug in the GT2-2 and GT2-3mm pulleys, the numbers were hosed a bit on those two types,
my appologies if anyone made bad versions of those two.. the numbers are now correct as of next update for those two types.
Thx to YaNvrNo for the testing. :)
Thx

Re: Version 2.271 online
Art,
Thanks for the updated version.
I suppose I was hoping for an STL import so I could import non gearotic generated models for slicing and turning into DXFs. I suppose if we did have the STL import capability then we would be "out of scope" of Gearotic's design principles.
Jim.
Thanks for the updated version.

Jim:
The button on the STL slicing module will import any STL you have.. Its not just for Gearotic models, you can import
binary or ascii stl's from any source for slicing..
