Hi All:

Minor update.

-- 4th axis tangental will pull out to zero between flanks to try to stop cutoff on cut flank from slitsaws.
-- Shaft holes may be rotated on a gear if not circular. Just select gear and use the angle+,- on properties tab.
-- Changes to the Wed3d for stability.
