Hi Art,
For some reason I can't rotate the gear cluster. All I can do is move it around and enlarge or shrink, or use the five viewing angles in the menu bar. I've tried combinations of mouse buttons and scroll wheel, but can't rotate.
I'm not ruling out my hardware here....maybe i've been hit with a near-senior moment and have forgotten. :-[
