Couple of things I would like to see...

1.) 4th axis wrapping on tapers and other odd shapes.

2.) Get 4th axis helical gears working.

3.) A gear box designer where the user enters input/output and other attributes and the wizard spits out a gearbox in designer.

4.) Parametric modeling of the gears and shafts from within designer.

5.) Generate lathe code for creating blanks for our gears.

6.) A cam and/or camshaft designer.
