Problem with involute gear generation

paths in various ways. Its easier to see if a tool is too large, and to see why a path may be messing up.

The video I posted was an early test of the simulation showing the generated paths, so by end of week at the latest you should be able to do it yourself.. I know the old
routines are very hard to see and very bad to follow , which is why the new routines are being developed. So rather than fight whatever the issue is, I suggest you take a break for a couple of days, Im just completing the GCode output section, the paths are all working fine at the moment, Im betting your problem will go away, or at least show
us whats up when you get your hands on the new code. I expect Ill be doing a video shortly on its usage..
