Showing Slitting Saw Results

Thought I'd post a photo of the first gear I cut using a .094" wide 3" diameter slitting saw. Material is teak, OD is 2.8"

Couple of minor issue, but Art assures me they will be fixed soon.

And then two stacked together in Trovicel (PVC Its a sign board material).

Still have a few things left to add to it.  8)

Mill configuration sure worked sweet for Arts Code.
Have two desktop batch files that swap from lathe to mill or mill to lathe.

Guess I forgot to include the short video.
