Can you give a short explanation about these 3 terms? I see the root wall is new, and I think I have some grasp of the other two.

Yes, those terms are a bit new..
Rooting clears down to the root by passing across the face of the gear, then over and back..ect..
This can leave a bit of aliasing on the side, so "Root Wall" does one pass with the gear rotated so that
pass will be flat across the section of the root under the pitch line.
Toothing is the tangental shaping of the the tooth. You really need all three, but you can put them out separately
just in case you want all roots, then all toothing.
Turn them on anf off one at a time to see your toolpath.. its becomes intuitive after a few as to when it looks wrong
or if a tool is too large..
