8 day wooden gear clock

My latest creation, an 8 day wooden gear clock with hour chime.
Just gotta love gearotic, I can concentrate on design and not have to get into the number crunching involved in what modulus to use etc when designing the gear train!

Thanks guys, that pendulum is about 74in long!
Eager to see what you have in store for us  :) but still my biggest wish is to have the option of rounded teeth rather than the square section, I get much less friction between the gears, at the moment I cut all the gears then sand free hand on a small belt sander by eye to round them. Actually quite accurate at it now.

If you mean on the epi gears , the pinions are now rounded ousides and confirm to swiss clockmaker standards
as of next release. For normal spurs there is now a rack cutter radius which can help round roots valleys between teeth.
It wont be long before a major release, though still with a version limited in scope, but gorwing quickly.
