Hello Mac, and all

I had the same problem. My solution. Set the teeth on 21 or more then it works.

Hi Guys:

Updated and fixed. You should eb able to use as little as 12 teeth or so. It IS possible to screw it up for sure,
but Ill slowly tighten it up as we go. In truth I CAN make it so it pretty much never screws up, but it then takes
minutes to do a toothing, the speed at which it currently works is a kind of tradeoff of reliability vs time.

Anyway, I think youll find it now works much better and the mod coeff no longer affects a log gear no matter what its set to.

Thx

Hi Art,
I had been having the same issue with Nautalius gears but they now work fine.  I do find an issue with spokes.

The boss on several (not all) produces some impossible cuts.  This is quickly visible in foam type spokes but also in simple round gears.

John

Like many others - I wish you a great vacation.

John:

Thx, Ill investigate that, I knew there was an error on a couple of the fancy ones, I didnt realize it was more than 1 or 2 spoke types..

Ill fix that up...

John: ( et al.)

Spokes are now fixed. One spoke type remains broken, it will be fixed or removed soon, but all others should work fine.
Thx for the notification. File has been uploaded.

Hi Art,
The problem seems to be related to the Leg Ratio.  If the ratio is set to 9 or more then, for me at least, all spokes work.  However, if I set the leg ratio to 8 then there is a problem.

I should say that I don't anticipate using a leg ratio of less than 9 but it does appear to be a limitation..

Ahh yes, I see that now, the fancy spokes get too short so they never reach the boss.. Thx..on my list..

I just downloaded and installed the program and I can't seem to find the options tab. I found the options button at the top and clicked on it but do not see cuda = listed anywhere. I must be doing something wrong or I am looking in the wrong place.

I was also wondering if GT will eventually get the "Max Tool Dia" information that is displayed in GM.

Thanks

Version 1.15 has been updated today with 2 small corrections. Firstly I noticed very small gears lost resolution, this has been fixed, gears may be small enough now for anyone,
and secondly a Measure button has been added to the top ribbon bar so that measurements may be taken on any screen.

Thx
